Business

State business licenses are issued by the Henry County Probate Judge’s Office and are valid for a fiscal year, October 1 through September 30. Licenses must be renewed by November 1 to avoid penalties and interest charges. Remember certain businesses dealing with food and beverages must obtain a Health Department Inspection Certificate.
