JOB ANNOUNCEMENT
The Henry County Commission is taking applications for one (1) Equipment Operator II (EOII) and two (2) Equipment Operator I (EOI) positions in the Road Department. Both positions operate various types of motorized equipment in performing road construction and maintenance work. EOII is distinguished from EOI by the use of more types of equipment and larger-scale equipment. Applications are valid for 6 months from the date of submission.
Applicants interested in the EOII positions must have a valid Class A or B CDL driver’s license, High School Diploma or GED, and pass a pre-employment drug screen. Pay Scale: $14.23/hr – $19.15/hr.
Applicants interested in the EOI positions must have a valid Alabama driver’s license, High School Diploma or GED, and pass a pre-employment drug screen. Pay Scale: $11.55/hr – $15.54/hr.
